On purpose enhancement of accounting of persons having the right to privileges on social feature the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Enter the Unified state automated register of persons having the right to privileges.

1-1. With observance of requirements of provisions of article 27 of the Law of Ukraine "About public electronic registers" to turn the Unified state automated register of persons having the right to privileges into the Register of persons having the right to privileges (further - the Register).

Addresses, documents of the Unified state automated register of persons having the right to privileges are subject to archiving and storage according to the legislation in the field of archiving and clerical work.

Software and hardware, including the means of technical and cryptographic information security which are not applied to maintaining the Register is subject to conclusion from operation and requires decision making concerning their further use or write-off.

2. Approve Regulations on the Register of persons who have the right to privileges which is applied.

3. To the ministry of social policy and Pension fund of Ukraine:
