About procedure for submission to customs authority of the notification

Based on subitems 10. 7, DECIDES: 10.21 and 10.30 Items 10 of the Regulations on the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 21, 2008 No. 228, the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus

1. Establish form of external submission of the non-availability notice of need of modification (amendments) of the data declared in the customs declaration submitted in case of preliminary customs declaration of goods according to appendix.

2. Determine that:

2.1. the non-availability notice of need of modification (amendments) of the data declared in the customs declaration submitted in case of preliminary customs declaration of goods (further if other is not established, - the notification):

it is represented the customs applicant in customs authority within 30 calendar days from the date of, following behind day of registration of the customs declaration submitted in case of preliminary customs declaration of goods (further if other is not established, - the customs declaration), in the form of the electronic document or in writing;

it is signed by physical person, the individual entrepreneur, the head of the legal entity or person, the representative in accordance with the established procedure to sign the notification;

2.2. the notification in the form of the electronic document is submitted by its direction in information system of customs authorities with observance of structure and the format established by the legislation for submission of the notification in the form of the electronic document;

2.3. the notification in writing is submitted in the customs authority which registered the customs declaration with representation of its electronic type. The electronic type of the notification is represented with observance of structure and the format established by the legislation for submission of the notification in the form of the electronic document;
