Bring in the Regulations on National service of health of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 27, 2017 No. 1101 "About creation of National service of health of Ukraine" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2018, No. 15, Art. 507; 2020, No. 2, the Art. 59), and the Standard form of the agreement on medical attendance of the population according to the program of medical guarantees approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 25, 2018 No. 410 "About agreements on medical attendance of the population according to the program of medical guarantees" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2018, No. 45, Art. 1570; 2019, No. 20, the Art. 682), changes which are applied.
