About formation of National service of health of Ukraine
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Form National service of health of Ukraine as the central executive body which activities go and coordinated by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine through the Minister of Health.
2. Approve Regulations on National service of health of Ukraine which are applied.
3. Bring in the scheme of the direction and coordination of activities of the central executive bodies by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine through the corresponding cabinet ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 10, 2014 No. 442 "About optimization of system of the central executive bodies" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 74, the Art. 2105), the following changes:
The Section II to add 1) with the paragraph of the following content:
"National service of health";
Item 11 of the Section III to add 2) with the paragraph of the following content:
"National service of health".

1. The National Service of Health of Ukraine (NSHU) is the central executive body which activities go and coordinated by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine through the Minister of Health who realizes state policy in the field of the state financial guarantees of medical attendance of the population.
2. NSZU in the activities is guided by the Constitution and the laws of Ukraine, presidential decrees of Ukraine and resolutions of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine accepted according to the Constitution and the laws of Ukraine, acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, other acts of the legislation.
