For the purpose of ensuring personal data protection, the rights and freedoms of physical persons when processing their personal data I decide:

1. Create the National center of personal data protection of the Republic of Belarus (further if other is not determined, - the National center of personal data protection).

2. Approve Regulations on the National center of personal data protection it (is applied).

3. Determine that:

3.1. The national center of personal data protection has the right to realize the educational program of advanced training of leading employees and specialists, including concerning technical and (or) cryptographic information security, personal data protection;

3.2. owners (owners) of information systems * and owners of crucial objects of informatization, and also provide the organizations performing the licensed activities for technical and (or) cryptographic information security:

training in the National center of personal data protection at least once in three years of the workers and (or) other persons to which duties ensuring information security, according to the educational program of advanced training of leading employees and specialists in questions of technical and (or) cryptographic information security belongs;

representation to the National center of personal data protection of information, annual till November 15, on the number of workers and (or) other persons to whose duties ensuring information security, for increase in their qualification belongs;
