According to the Law of Ukraine of December 1, 2020 to No. 1017 "About introduction of amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine and other laws of Ukraine concerning liberalization of application of registrars of settlement transactions by payers of the single tax and cancellation of the mechanism of compensation to buyers (consumers) according to claims about violation of established procedure of carrying out settlement transactions regarding the amount of the applied penalties", the Law of Ukraine of December 17, 2020 No. 1117 "About introduction of amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine and other laws of Ukraine concerning the ensuring data collection and information necessary for declaring of the separate taxation objects" and the subitem 5 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 375, I ORDER:

1. Approve Changes in some regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine concerning application of registrars of settlement transactions and/or program registrars of settlement transactions which are applied.

2. In accordance with the established procedure to provide to department of tax policy of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine:

submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

promulgation of this order.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. I reserve control of execution of this order and I assign to the Chairman of the State Tax Administration of Ukraine.
