About organization of auctions for sale of oil, gas condensate, the natural, liquefied gas and coal

For the purpose of creation of the transparent mechanism of pricing, development of competitive bases and increase in payment discipline in the market of energy resources the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Enter holding auctions for sale of oil, gas condensate, the liquefied gas and coal since May 1, 2000.

Enter holding auctions for sale of natural gas since December 20, 2006.

2. Determine that auctions for sale of oil, gas condensate, the natural, liquefied gas and coal are held based on the exchanges determined by results of specialized competition which organizes and carries out the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade.

3. To the Ministry of economic development and trade to organize specialized competitions by determination of the exchanges based on which auctions for sale of oil, gas condensate, the natural, liquefied gas and coal will be held and to sign agreements with the exchanges - winners of tenders.

4. Approve Regulations on the organization and holding auctions for sale of oil, gas condensate, the natural, liquefied gas and coal it (is applied).

5. Determine that the Provision approved by this resolution is applied to the agreements connected with:

a) realization got and developed in the territory of Ukraine oils, gas condensate, the natural, liquefied gas and coal, except:

oils, gas condensate and the liquefied gas which are used by the oil-and-gas and gas-processing production enterprises for technological requirements;

gas condensate of own production from fields which together with the gas-processing companies represent single technological complex and are single legal entity.
