Some questions of the organization and holding exchange auctions for sale of crude oil, gas condensate of own production and the liquefied gas

According to article 4-1 of the Law of Ukraine "About oil and gas", to subitem 213.3.11 of Item 213.3 of article 213 of the Tax Code of Ukraine the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve the Procedure for the organization and holding exchange auctions for sale of crude oil, gas condensate of own production and the liquefied gas which is applied.

2. To the Ministry of Energy and Coal Industry:

1) to hold competition in a month by determination of the exchanges at which exchange auctions for sale of crude oil, gas condensate of own production and the liquefied gas are held;

To provide 2) to the State Tax Administration concerning each specialized auction selling the liquefied gas for needs of the population by subjects of managing:

information on the purchase and sale agreements of the liquefied gas signed by results of specialized auction - within five days from the date of holding the auction;

summarized information on transactions on realization of the liquefied gas acquired on specialized auction.
