About the organization and holding exchange auctions for sale of crude oil, gas condensate of own production and the liquefied gas

According to article 4-1 of the Law of Ukraine "About oil and gas", to subitem 213.3.11 of Item 213.3 of article 213 of the Tax Code of Ukraine the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve the Procedure for the organization and holding exchange auctions for sale of crude oil, gas condensate of own production and the liquefied gas which is applied.

2. To Department of Energy give to the State Tax Administration concerning each specialized auction selling the liquefied gas for needs of the population by subjects of managing:

1) information on the purchase and sale agreements of the liquefied gas signed by results of specialized auction - within five days from the date of holding the auction;

2) summarized information on transactions on realization of the liquefied gas acquired on specialized auction;

3) summarized information on amount and the directions of realization of the liquefied gas acquired on specialized auctions by buyers and consumers of such gas.

3. To Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, the regional, Kiev and Sevastopol city public administrations to submit annually till January 20 to the Department of Energy summary information on the form established by the Ministry with indication of and reasons for number of the subjects of managing realizing the liquefied gas for needs of the population, the registered gas-balloon installations which are on servicing at such subjects of managing in the respective region and also amount of annual average consumption of the liquefied gas one gas-balloon installation for the previous two years.
