About change of resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 15, 2008 No. 1934 and of September 11, 2019 No. 609
In pursuance of paragraph two of article 7 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of May 24, 2021 "About change of the laws concerning technical regulation and energy saving" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 111-Z
1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in the Rules of accounting of natural gas approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 15, 2008 No. 1934:
Item in paragraph five 2, Items 5, of 15, of 16, of 18, of Item part two 33, Items 42 and 54 of the word "individual metering device of consumption of gas" shall be replaced with words "the device of individual accounting of consumption of gas" in the corresponding case and number;
in Item 7:
to exclude from part one of the word "or directly to legal entities and (or) individual entrepreneurs on the separate gas pipeline";
in word part two "the buyer of gas" shall be replaced with words "the gas supplying organization";
state Item 12 in the following edition:
"12. The gas delivered to the gas supplying organization or given to the consumer of gas shall conform to requirements of technical regulatory legal acts, obligatory for observance, if other is not provided by the international legal acts constituting the right of the Eurasian Economic Union.";
exclude Item 13;
add Item 44 with words ", and also the documents confirming gas compliance to requirements of technical regulatory legal acts, obligatory for observance, if other is not provided by the international legal acts constituting the right of the Eurasian Economic Union";
1.2. in the Rules of heat supply approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 11, 2019 No. 609:
