According to article 10 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 4, 2003 "About gas supply" and for the purpose of ensuring accounting of consumption of gas, its economical and rational use the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 176-Z
1. Approve Rules of accounting of natural gas (are applied).
2. National academy of Sciences of Belarus together with the Department of Energy and in coordination with the State committee on standardization in three-months time to approve the instruction about procedure for determination of regulations of losses of natural gas on objects of gas-distribution system and gas metering stations.
3. To republican state bodies in three-months time to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution and to take other measures for its realization.
4. This resolution becomes effective in three months after its official publication, except for Items 2, 3 and this Item, becoming effective from the date of official publication of this resolution.
