About change of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 8, 2013 No. 597

1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 8, 2013 No. 597 "About enhancement of payment terms of work of heads of the organizations depending on results of financial and economic activities" the following changes:

1.1. in Item 2:

the seventh subitem 2.1 to state part in the following edition:

"When calculating the actual value of coefficient the salary fund of the head of the organization is excluded from salary fund on the organization in general, the average number of the head of the organization is accepted to unit.";

in subitem 2.2:

the paragraph one to state in the following edition:

"2.2. when calculating the actual value of coefficient in salary fund of the head of the organization are not considered:";

add the subitem with the paragraph of the following content:

"the amounts of awards, bonuses and remunerations added and paid according to part four of subitem 2.5 of this Item;";

state subitem 2.5 in the following edition:

"2.5. to heads of the organizations are not charged and all types of awards, bonuses and remunerations for execution of labor obligations provided by conditions of contracts are not paid (further - awards, bonuses and remunerations):

for the period, following the results of which on the organization in general growth of loss from sales of products, goods (works, services) or net loss for the accounting period in comparison with previous period is allowed if other is not established by the legislation.
