About procedure for forming and maintaining the unified register of experts-auditors

1. Approve the enclosed Rules of forming and maintaining the unified register of experts-auditors.
2. The employees of certification bodies who are taking part in works on obligatory confirmation of conformity, data on which are provided by certification body to federal state information system in the field of accreditation before entry into force of this resolution according to the procedure, established according to Item 9 of article 7 of the Federal law "About Accreditation in National Accreditation System" and which on the date of entry into force of this resolution did not confirm competence according to the procedure, established according to Item 2.3 of article 26 of the Federal law "About Technical Regulation" join in the unified register of experts-auditors by forming with use of functionality of federal state information system in the field of accreditation of record about the expert-auditor containing data and documents electronically including electronic documents and (or) electronic images of documents, stipulated in Item 9 Rules of forming and maintaining the unified register of the experts-auditors approved by this resolution, except for data and documents, provided by subitems "b" and "d" of Item 9 of the specified Rules.
3. In case of not passing, including refusal or evasion from competence confirmation passing, according to the procedure and terms which are established according to Item 2.3 of article 26 of the Federal law "About Technical Regulation" records about the experts-auditors specified in Item 2 of this resolution in the unified register of experts-auditors in the automatic mode are given the status "is stopped".
