About introduction of unilateral visa-free regime concerning some foreign states

According to article 24 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About legal status of foreign citizens and stateless persons in the Republic of Tajikistan" the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides:

1. Approve the List of foreign states concerning which citizens the unilateral visa-free regime of entry into the Republic of Tajikistan is introduced of stay and departure from the Republic of Tajikistan for a period of 30 days and the List of foreign states, concerning citizens 55 years which the unilateral visa-free regime of entry into the Republic of Tajikistan, stay and departure from the Republic of Tajikistan for a period of 14 days (appendices 1 and 2) is introduced are more senior.

2. Determine that the further stay of foreign citizens provided in Item 1 of this resolution is performed according to requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan.

3. To the Ministries of Foreign Affairs, internal affairs and to the State committee of homeland security of the Republic of Tajikistan to provide coordination of activities and control over the implementation of this resolution.

4. To the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan in accordance with the established procedure to notify the corresponding foreign states on introduction of unilateral visa-free regime in the Republic of Tajikistan.

5. Enact this resolution since January 1, 2022.
