1. According to article 36 of the Law of Ukraine "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2021" to perform distribution of the budget settings provided to the Ministry of Finance in special fund of the government budget for the program 3511380 "The measures connected with fight against sharp respiratory disease of COVID-19, of SARS-CoV-2, caused by coronavirus and its effects" by transfer of budget settings to the Ministry of Health in the amount 17072, by 4 thousand hryvnias for providing with centralized supply of oxygen of bed fund of the healthcare institutions providing stationary medical care to patients with sharp respiratory disease of COVID-19, of SARS-CoV-2, caused by coronavirus in the Kherson region and increase on special fund of the government budget of amount of expenses of development in the program 2311500 "Subvention from the government budget to local budgets on implementation of support of separate organizations and actions in health care system" in the amount 17072, 4 thousand hryvnias.

2. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 26, 2021 No. 47 "Some questions of provision in 2021 of subvention from the government budget to local budgets on implementation of support of separate organizations and actions in health care system" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2021, No. 10, the Art. 433) - with the changes made by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 11, 2021 No. 1069, changes which are applied.

3. Provide:
