About introduction of amendments to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 30, 2015 No. 809 and of December 9, 2020 No. 1236

For the purpose of providing continuity of supply of natural gas with the supplier of "the last hope", according to article 3 of the Law of Ukraine "About protection of the population against infectious diseases" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 30, 2015 No. 809 "About approval of the Procedure for carrying out tender by determination of the supplier of "the last hope" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2015, No. 82, Art. 2709; 2020, No. 54, Art. 1680; 2021, No. 7, the Art. 348) and of December 9, 2020 No. 1236 "About establishment of quarantine and introduction of rationing anti-epidemic arrangements for the purpose of prevention of distribution in the territory of Ukraine sharp respiratory disease of COVID-19, of SARS-CoV-2 caused by coronavirus" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2021, No. 1, the Art. 14) with the changes made by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 20, 2021 No. 1096, changes which are applied.

Changes which are made to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 30, 2015 No. 809 and of December 9, 2020 No. 1236

1. In Item 24 of the Procedure for carrying out tender by determination of the supplier of "the last hope" approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 30, 2015 No. 809:

1) paragraph two after words "natural gas at the price," to add with words and figures "till September 30, 2021 (inclusive)";

2) to add Item with paragraphs of the following content:
