1. In the Order of the Government No. 1167/2008 about approval of the Regulations on procedure for establishment and payment of social benefit (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, No. 189, of the Art. 1173), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

The resolution to add 1) with Item 1-3 of the following content:

"1-3. In departure from Item 1-1 provisions during the period from November 1, 2021 to March 31, 2022 the size of benefit for the cold period of year constitutes 700 lei.";

To replace 2) in Item 29 of the Provision of figure "91,28" with figures of "94,10".

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, except for subitem provisions 2) of Item 1, which become effective since January 1, 2022.

The benefit for the cold period of year is calculated according to the subitem 1) of Item 1 for the period from November 1, 2021 to March 31, 2022.
