About approval of Changes in some regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine

1. Approve Changes in some regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine which are attached.

2. To the state company "National Information Systems" (Berezhnaya A.) together with Department of the public executive service (Kiselyov N.) in a month from the date of entry into force of this order to take measures for ensuring implementation of this order.

3. To management of justice and punitive justice of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine (Oleynik E.) submit this order on state registration according to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of October 3, 1992 to No. 493 "About state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries and other executive bodies".

4. This order becomes effective along with entry into force of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 14, 2021 No. 726 "About modification of the Payment procedure of remunerations to the state contractors and their sizes and the amount of the main remuneration of the private contractor", but not earlier than day of its official publication.

5. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister of justice of Ukraine concerning executive service Gaychenko A.
