1. Appendix No. 1 to the Technical rules about procedure for seal, use and filling of the customs declaration approved by the Order of Customs Service No. 346-O/2009 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2009, No. 197-200, 876) to change the Art. as follows:
1) in the Section III, subsection A and C, heading 31 "COLETE SI DESCRIEREA MARFURILOR " MARCI SI NUMERE; NUMAR CONTAINER; NUMARUL SI NATURA" is specified to add with the text "In case of declaring of the import / exported / transit natural gas in the second line of heading amount of the traded/sold gas and (depending on need) remaining balance of the operational balance sheet account (the accounts of OBA)" (example: the amount which is traded/sold - X m3; remaining balance of the account of OBA - Y m 3).
