2. To the chairman of Committee of administrative police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, chiefs of Departments of internal affairs of the cities of Astana and Almaty, areas and on transport:

1) to organize studying of this Instruction by employees of the relevant services with acceptance of offsettings;

2) to provide strict execution of requirements of the Instruction.

3. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the vice-Minister of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Otto I. I.) and Department of public safety of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Tynybekov K. S.).
