ORDER OF THE MINISTER OF EDUCATION AND SCIENCE OF THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN

About modification of the order of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 20, 2015 No. 137 "About approval of Rules of the organization of educational process for remote educational technologies"

I ORDER:

1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 20, 2015 No. 137 "About approval of Rules of the organization of educational process for remote educational technologies" (it is registered in the State register of regulatory legal acts for No. 10768, it is published in information system of law of Ad_let on June 12, 2015) the following change:

Rules of the organization of educational process for remote educational technologies to state in edition according to appendix to this order.

2. To provide to department of technical and professional education of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication;

3) within ten working days after state registration of this order submission to Legal department of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1) and 2) of this Item.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its first official publication.
