5. Approve the Development program of external engineering and communication and road and transport infrastructure of the free economic zone "Urgut" according to appendix No. 1.
Determine that to networks of engineering and communication infrastructure, SEZ "Urgut" built for participants, connection of the consumers who are outside the territory of SEZ "Urgut" is strictly forbidden.
14. Make additions to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of April 10, 2017 No. 196 "About measures for the organization of activities of free economic zones" (the joint venture of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2017, No. 4, the Art. 43) according to appendix No. 2.
