1. Approve the Instruction about procedure for conducting special check it (is applied).

2. This resolution becomes effective since October 21, 2021.

The instruction about procedure for conducting special check

1. This Instruction determines procedure for carrying out in the State committee of judicial examinations (further - the State committee) special check concerning the candidates employed in the State committee (further - the candidate), except for candidates for positions of faces of civil personnel from among government employees.

2. For the purposes of this Instruction special check is understood as the form of studying of data concerning the candidate which is carried out for the purpose of establishment of the facts and circumstances interfering its employment in the State committee.

3. Special inspection is carried out by Department of Internal Security of central office of the State committee.

4. Special check can be reduced and complete.

5. The reduced special inspection is carried out concerning all candidates and includes:

studying of the documents provided by legal acts, provided by the candidate in connection with employment to the State committee, including questionnaires in form according to appendix;
