Determine that departure from the territory of the Russian Federation out of limits of customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union of the goods classified by codes 3102 10 100 0, 3102 10 900 0, 3102 30 100 0, 3102 30 900 0, 3102 50 000 0, 3102 60 000 0, 3102 80 000 0, 3105 20 100 0, 3105 20 900 0, 3105 30 000, 3105 40 000, 3105 51 000 0, of 3105 59 000 0 single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union is performed only from check points through frontier of the Russian Federation according to the list according to appendix.

2. Operation of this resolution does not extend to the goods specified in Item 1 of this resolution if these goods:

a) are placed under special customs procedure according to Items 2 and 3 of the list of types of goods concerning which special customs procedure, and conditions of their room under such customs procedure approved by the decision of the Commission of the Customs union of May 20, 2010 No. 329 can be established;

b) decrease from the territory of the Russian Federation according to customs procedure of re-export if such goods before profit on the territory of the Russian Federation, were in the place of arrival or in other customs control zone located in close proximity to the place of arrival and were not located under any customs procedure;

c) move between the Kaliningrad region and other part of the territory of the Russian Federation;
