About introduction of amendments to some resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

1. Make changes which are applied to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
2. This resolution becomes effective along with the Law of Ukraine "About electronic communications", except Items 2, of 3 and 5 changes approved by this resolution which become effective in six months from the date of its publication.

In Item 63 appendices to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 4, 2015 No. 374 "About approval of the list of categories of legislatively regulated means of the measuring equipment which are subject to periodic checking" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2015, 46, the Art. 1492) in the column "The Name of Category of Legislatively Regulated Means of the Measuring Equipment Which Are Subject to Periodic Checking" the word "telecommunication" shall be replaced with words No. "electronic communication".
2. In the Technical regulation about electromagnetic compatibility of the equipment approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 16, 2015 No. 1077 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2016, No. 2, the Art. 72):
