Some questions of financing of purchase of vaccine against sharp respiratory disease of COVID-19, of SARS-CoV-2 caused by coronavirus

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Determine that the specialized organization which conducts procurement of vaccine against sharp respiratory disease of COVID-19, of SARS-CoV-2, caused by coronavirus for borrowing facilities within the joint "Development Program of Municipal Infrastructure of Ukraine" project with the European Investment Bank is CROWN AGENTS LIMITED.

2. To the Ministry of Health to conduct procurement of services of the specialized organization CROWN AGENTS LIMITED and the services connected with deliveries of vaccine against sharp respiratory disease of COVID-19, of SARS-CoV-2, caused by coronavirus which is bought according to Item 1 of this resolution, for the expenditure account according to the budget program of the Ministry of Health 2301270 "Performing vaccination of the population against sharp respiratory disease of COVID-19, of SARS-CoV-2 caused by coronavirus" by the conclusion of the relevant agreements with the specified specialized organization.

3. Bring in the Procedure for use of the means provided in the government budget for performing vaccination of the population against sharp respiratory disease of COVID-19, of SARS-CoV-2, caused by coronavirus No. 23 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 13, 2021 "Questions of financing of the actions connected with vaccination of the population against sharp respiratory disease of COVID-19, of SARS-CoV-2 caused by coronavirus" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2021, No. 7, the Art. 346), changes which are applied.
