1. In Item 13-1 of the Procedure for financing of the expenses connected with protection of the rights and interests of Ukraine during dispute settlement, consideration in foreign jurisdictional bodies of cases with the assistance of the foreign subject and Ukraine and also with providing the representation of Ukraine in the European Court of Human Rights approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 5, 2003 No. 1198 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2003, No. 32, Art. 1695; 2016, No. 20, of the Art. 792), words of "The government representative for cases of the European Court of Human Rights" shall be replaced with words "The representative for cases of the European Court of Human Rights".
2. Item 2 of the Procedure for providing representation of Ukraine during the hearing of cases in the European Court of Human Rights approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 29, 2004 No. 553 "About the organizational actions connected with providing representation of Ukraine during hearing of cases in the European Court of Human Rights" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2004, No. 17, Art. 1183; 2019, No. 66, the Art. 2270), after the words "on behalf of Authorized for the European Court of Human Rights" to add with the words "or the Minister of Justice in the cases determined by him".
