Bring in the Procedure for appointment and payment of government assistance to families with children approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 27, 2001 No. 1751 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2001, No. 52, Art. 2365; 2002, No. 52, Art. 2372; 2003, No. 51, Art. 2691; 2019, No. 55, the Art. 1919), changes which are applied.

Changes which are made to the Procedure for appointment and payment of government assistance to families with children

1. State item 4 in the following edition:

"4. For purpose of benefit in connection with pregnancy and childbirth by persons specified in Item 3 presents of the Procedure move information on number of entry in the Register of medical certificates in electronic health care system (further - the Register) about the conclusion about temporary disability of category "Pregnancy and Childbirth" created medical (further - the medical certificate), the statement which is constituted in the form approved by Minsotspolitiki and also the reference:
