About introduction of amendments to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 30, 2019 No. 127

Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 30, 2019 No. 127 "About approval of the Procedure for forming and maintaining the State register of import substitution and cooperation in defense industry complex" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2019, No. 19, the Art. 647, No. 90, Art. 3000; 2021, No. 68, the Art. 4269) changes which are applied.

Approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 3, 2021 No. 1143
1. In the resolution:
Shall be replaced with words 1) in the name of the resolution of the word "in defense industry complex" "in strategic industries";
Item 2 to exclude 2);
3) in Item 3 of the word of "Ministry of Economics" shall be replaced with words "The ministries of questions of strategic industries";
Shall be replaced with words 4) in the text of the resolution of the word "in defense industry complex" "in strategic industries".
2. According to the procedure of forming and maintaining the State register of import substitution and cooperation in the defense industry complex approved by the specified resolution:
Shall be replaced with words 1) in the name of the Procedure for the word "in defense industry complex" "in strategic industries";
2) to add the Procedure with Item 1-1 of the following content:
"1-1. In this Procedure terms are used in such value:
strategic industries - defense industry complex, aviation, space, machine-building (including ship-building), metallurgical, chemical industries;
