About measures for enhancement of system of training of staff of service of internal audit

For the purpose of the effective organization of internal control system in corporate management and ensuring completion of service of internal audit by qualified specialists the DECIDES: Cabinet of Ministers

1. Approve Regulations on procedure for certification of staff of service of internal audit according to appendix No. 1, providing:

the qualification requirements imposed to applicants;

the list of the documents submitted for receipt of the certificate;

procedure for decision making about the admission or about refusal in the admission to passing qualification examination;

procedure for passing qualification examination for receipt of the certificate, registration and issue, prolongation of effective period, renewal and cancellation of the certificate;

procedure for maintaining register of internal auditors.

2. Make changes to the Regulations on service of internal audit at the companies approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of October 16, 2006 No. 215, according to appendix No. 2.

3. To the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan together with the interested ministries and departments in two-month time to bring the regulatory legal acts adopted by them into accord with this resolution.

4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan on financial and economic questions and reducing poverty - the Minister of Economic Development and reducing poverty of Kuchkarov D. A. and Minister of Finance Ishmetov T. A.
