About approval of the Concept of the Automated information system "Registration of the Status of the Unemployed" and Regulations on the organization and functioning of the Automated information system "Registration of the Status of the Unemployed"

Based on article 22 of the Law No. 467/2003 on informatization and the state information resources (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2004, Art. No. 6-12, 44), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. Approve:

1) the Concept of the Automated information system "Registration of the Status of the Unemployed", according to appendix No. 1;

2) Regulations on the organization and functioning of the Automated information system "Registration of the Status of the Unemployed", according to appendix No. 2.

2. Appoint National employment agency of the population the owner and the holder of the Automated information system "Registration of the Status of the Unemployed".

3. The national employment agency of the population as the owner and the holder of the Automated information system "Registration of the Status of the Unemployed" provides implementation, functioning and development of the specified system.

4. To national employment agency of the population for the purpose of execution of this resolution annually to estimate the costs necessary for continuous administration and development of the Automated information system "Registration of the Status of the Unemployed" and to send to the Ministry of Finance inquiry for the financial resources necessary for servicing of the Automated information system "Registration of the Status of the Unemployed", according to provisions of the Law No. 181/2014 on public finance and budget and tax responsibility, for the purpose of their inclusion in the law on the government budget for the corresponding year.
