About modification of some Orders of the Government and recognition voided the Orders of the Government

Based on Item b) Article 5 and part (1) article 37 of the Law No. 136/2017 on the Government (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, No. 252, the Art. 412), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. Approve changes which are made to some orders of the Government (are applied).

2. To the ministries and other bodies of the central public management to bring the regulations into accord with this resolution.

3. Declare invalid the Order of the Government No. 764/1992 about approval of Rules of conducting cash transactions in the national economy of the Republic of Moldova (The monitor of Parliament, 1992, No. 11, the Art. 351), with subsequent changes.
