About modification of the Regulations on the Ministry of digital transformation of Ukraine

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

Bring in the Regulations on the Ministry of digital transformation of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 18, 2019 No. 856 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2019, No. 80, Art. 2736; 2020, No. 55, the Art. 1714), changes which are applied.

Changes which are made to Regulations on the Ministry of digital transformation of Ukraine

1. To add Item 1 paragraph two after the words "in the field of development of the IT industry" with words "; in the field of development and functioning of legal regime Action of City".

2. Add Item 3 with the paragraph of the following content:

"in the field of development and functioning of legal regime Action of City".

3. In item 4:

The thirteenth subitem 3 the word of "residents" to exclude 1) in the paragraph;

2) to add Item with subitems 9-2 - 9-6 following contents:
