About introduction of amendments to some resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of rather social protection of consumers of utilities
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of rather social protection of consumers of utilities of change which are attached.
2. Determine that privileges and housing subsidies to consumers of utilities to owners (co-owners) of the placements equipped with individual systems of heating and/or hot water supply for fees for installation, servicing and replacement of nodes of commercial accounting of water and heat energy (on condition of their application) are provided till May 1, 2022.
3. Regional, Kiev city to provide to public administrations with the assistance of local government bodies provision by subjects of managing who provide delivery services of heat energy and to supply of hot water, centralized water supply and centralized water disposal, information to social security authorities of the population about transition from payment of fees for servicing and replacement of nodes of commercial accounting of water and heat energy for payment for subscriber services for receivers of housing subsidies and privileges.
