About approval of the Concept of the Information system "Semantic Catalogue" and Regulations on procedure for maintaining the Register created by the Information system "Semantic Catalogue"

Based on part (3) article 10 of the Law No. 142/2018 on data exchange and interoperability (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2018, Art. No. 295-308, 452), with subsequent changes, Item c) Article 7-6 and Items c) and d) article 22 of the Law No. 467/2003 on informatization and the state information resources (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2004, Art. No. 6-12, 44), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. Approve:

1) the Concept of the Information system "Semantic Catalogue", according to appendix No. 1;

2) Regulations on procedure for maintaining the Register created by the Information system "Semantic Catalogue" according to appendix No. 2.

2. Found the Information system "Semantic Catalogue".

3. Appoint public organization "Agency of Electronic Control" as the owner and the holder of the Information system "Semantic Catalogue".

4. To the bodies of public management and public organizations, autonomous administrative authorities, the central administrative authorities subordinated to the Government, and the organizational structures falling within the scope of their competence (subordinated administrative authorities, including deconcentrated and subordinated public services, and also public organizations, in which the ministry, the State office or other central administrative authority acts as the founder), owning the state information resources and also legal entities of private law who on behalf of bodies of public management and public organizations manage or own the state information resources:
