About development of republican state public association

For the purpose of development of republican state public association "I decide the Belarusian society "Znaniye" (further - RGOO "Knowledge"):

1. Determine that within two years from the date of entry into force of this Decree acquisition of works and services at RGOO "Knowledge" can be performed using procurement procedure from one source. The list of such works and services is determined by Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus.

2. Make changes to presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus (appendix).

3. In six-months time to provide to Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus reduction of acts of the legislation in compliance with this Decree and to take other measures for its realization.

4. To provide to Administration of the President of the Republic of Belarus, regional executive committees and the Minsk Gorispolkom in 2021-2022 provision of RGOO "Knowledge" in free use of the rooms necessary for placement of its structural divisions in Minsk and the regional centers.

5. This Decree becomes effective after its official publication.

Gigin Vadim Frantsevich - the chairman of the board of republican state public association "The Belarusian society "Znaniye";

Chernyshev Oleg Anatolyevich - the vice-chairman of Presidium of National academy of Sciences of Belarus;

exclude from structure of the specified V. G. Zalessky, A.D.Korol's Presidium;
