ORDER OF THE MINISTRY OF INFRASTRUCTURE OF UKRAINE

About modification of the Coefficients applied to rates of the Collection of cargo rates by rail within Ukraine and the related services

According to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 25, 1996 "About establishment of powers of executive bodies and executive bodies of city councils concerning price regulation (rates)" I ORDER to No. 1548:

1. Make changes to the Coefficients applied to rates of the Collection of cargo rates by rail within Ukraine and the related services approved by the order of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of Ukraine of March 26, 2009 No. 317, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on April 15, 2009 for No. 341/16357 (with changes), having stated the note "** since January 1, 2022 2,204 coefficient is applied;" in the following edition:

"** since January 1, 2022 2,402 coefficient is applied;".

2. To provide to management of rail haulings submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.

3. To provide to the sector of external communications promulgation of this order on the official website of the Ministry of infrastructure of Ukraine.

4. This order becomes effective since January 1, 2022, but not earlier than day of its official publication.

5. I reserve control of execution of this order.
