About legal registration of acceptance of the Republic of Uzbekistan in members of Eurasian economic community
Interstate Council of Eurasian economic community (at the level of heads of states) solved:
1. Approve the List of international treaties of Eurasian economic community (further - the List) which the Republic of Uzbekistan needs to join in connection with the accession to EurAsEC it (is applied).
2. To the Republic of Uzbekistan till June 1, 2006 to complete legal registration of accession to the international treaties determined in the List part one till the end of 2006 - to the agreements reflected in the List part two and also to the agreements specified in the third part of the List in process of their introduction in force.
3. In process of accession to the international treaties existing within EurAsEC to the Republic of Uzbekistan to adopt necessary regulatory legal acts on accomplishment of decisions of the bodies of EurAsEC directed to implementation of these agreements (The list of decisions of bodies of EurAsEC is attached).
