About establishing order on the earth

Based on the paragraph of the fourteenth of article 10 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of November 26, 1992 "About environmental protection" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 1982-XII

1. Establish:

criteria of establishing order on the earth according to appendix 1 (further if other is not determined, - criteria);

the standard list of regional events for establishing order on the earth according to appendix 2 (further if other is not determined, – the standard list).

2. For the purposes of this resolution establishing order on the earth is understood as the activities for improvement, gardening, content and maintenance in purity of the territories (objects) of area, area, city and area in the city directed to reduction of these territories (objects) in the condition meeting criteria.

3. Coordination of work on establishing order on the earth is performed by local executive and administrative organs which:

take measures for inclusion in the state and other programs concerning improvement of the corresponding territory of actions for establishing order on the earth (further - actions) according to the standard list and determine executives in charge;

provide control over the implementation of actions;

quarterly consider questions of accomplishment of actions at meetings;

provide carrying out inspection of the territories (objects) with participation of representatives of structural divisions of land management, architecture and construction, housing and communal services, on agricultural industry and food of local executive and administrative organs, territorial authorities of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection, the bodies and organizations exercising the state sanitary inspection, the organizations of housing and communal services and other organizations;
