Make changes and additions to the Regulations on claim treatment procedure in the field of public procurements approved by the order of the director of the National agency of project management in case of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of May 1, 2018 No. 180 (рег. 2. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

Changes and additions made to Regulations on claim treatment procedure in the field of public procurements

1. In Item 1 of the word "The Ministries of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan (Further — Authorized Body), Procurement Commission, Her Members, the Operator of Special Information Portal" shall be replaced with words "procurement commission, her members, the operator of electronic system of public procurements".

2. In Item 2 "legislation" shall be replaced with words the word "acts of the legislation".
