1. Bring in the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of October 16, 2018 No. 166 "About approval of the list of products concerning which submission of the customs declaration is followed by submission of the document on assessment of conformity to requirements of the technical regulation of the Customs union "About safety of separate types of specialized food products, including dietary clinical and dietary preventive foods" (TR CU 027/2012) or data on such document" the following changes:

a) in the name and Item 1:

after the word "compliance" to add with words "(data on the document on assessment of conformity)";

exclude the words "or data on such document";
