For the purpose of implementation of the subitem "v" of Item 2 of the Regulations on procedure for import to customs area of the Customs union of products (goods) concerning which mandatory requirements within the Customs union approved by the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of December 25, 2012 №294, according to Item 8 of the Protocol on technical regulation within the Eurasian Economic Union are established (appendix №9 to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014) and Item 8 of appendix №2 to the Regulations of work of the Euroasian economic commission approved by the Decision of the Supreme Eurasian economic council of December 23, 2014 № 98, Board of the Eurasian economic commission decided:

In line items of 1 - 4 list of products concerning which submission of the customs declaration is followed by submission of the document on assessment of conformity (data on the document on assessment of conformity) to requirements of the technical regulation of the Customs union "About safety of the equipment working under excessive pressure" (TR CU 032/2013) approved by the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of January 22, 2019 No. 12, the 7419 99 900 0 code of the CN FEA EEU to replace with the 7419 80 000 0 code of the CN FEA EEU, to replace the 8108 90 900 9 code of the CN FEA EEU with the 8108 90 900 8 code of the CN FEA EEU.
2. This Decision becomes effective since January 1, 2022.
