About introduction of amendments to article 19 of the Federal law "About Peasant Farm" and separate legal acts of the Russian Federation

Article 1

Article 19 of the Federal Law of June 11, 2003 No. 74-FZ "About peasant farm" (The Russian Federation Code, 2003, No. 24, the Art. 2249) to add with item 4 of the following content:

"4. The farm can realize on the parcel of land used by it for implementation of the activities from lands of agricultural purpose self-produced agricultural products with use of the rooms located in the capital construction projects, non-capital structures, constructions which are part of property of farm, or non-stationary shopping facilities on condition of placement of such objects on this parcel of land which is not relating to agricultural holdings. Requirements to the rooms specified in this Item are established by the legislation in the field of ensuring sanitary and epidemiologic wellbeing of the population. Placement of non-stationary shopping facilities on these parcels of land is allowed without work, connected with violation of soil layer of the parcel of land.".

Bring in Item 2 of article 4 of the Federal Law of December 8, 1995 No. 193-FZ "About agricultural cooperation" (The Russian Federation Code, 1995, No. 50, Art. 4870; 1999, No. 8, Art. 973; 2003, No. 24, Art. 2248; 2006, No. 45, Art. 4635; 2017, No. 31, Art. 4766; 2020, No. 29, Art. 4506; 2021, No. 15, Art. 2437) following changes:
