The peasant farm (further also - farm) represents consolidation of the citizens connected by relationship and (or) property both jointly performing productive and other economic activity (production, conversion, storage, the transportation and realization of agricultural products) based on their personal participation.

2. The farm without formation of legal entity can be created by one citizen.

3. Farm - the legal entity is voluntary consolidation of citizens on the basis of membership for the joint productive or other economic activity in the field of agricultural industry based on their personal participation and merging of farm by members - the legal entity of property deposits.
