About introduction of amendments to the Federal law "About Peasant Farm" and article 221 of the Federal law "About Insolvency (Bankruptcy)"

Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of June 11, 2003 No. 74-FZ "About peasant farm" (The Russian Federation Code, 2003, No. 24, Art. 2249; 2006, No. 50, Art. 5279; 2021, No. 27, Art. 5127) following changes:

1) in Article 1:

"Article 1.1. Forms of business of farms

3. Farm - the legal entity is voluntary consolidation of citizens on the basis of membership for the joint productive or other economic activity in the field of agricultural industry based on their personal participation and merging of farm by members - the legal entity of property deposits.

4. The farm is recognized agricultural producer in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation from the date of introduction by the federal executive body performing state registration of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs, data on state registration of farm - the legal entity in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities or data that the individual entrepreneur is the head of farm without formation of legal entity, in the Unified State Register of Private Entrepreneurs.";

3) in Article 4:

a) add the name with the words "without formation of legal entity";
