About modification of the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of August 28, 2018 No. 142

1. Bring in the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of August 28, 2018 No. 142 "About customs declaration of goods, delivered by carrier as express load, with use of the declaration on goods" changes according to appendix.

2. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.

The provisions provided by the subitem "v" of Item of 1 changes (appendix to this Decision) extend to the legal relationship which arose since February 1, 2020.

The changes made to the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of August 28, 2018 No. 142

1. In Item 2:

a) in paragraph three of the subitem "a":
