Bring in Item 17 of the Procedure for the provision of special permissions to use of natural resources approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 30, 2011 No. 615 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2011, No. 45, Art. 1832; 2020, No. 23, the Art. 844, No. 76, the Art. 2432), changes which are applied.

1. In paragraph one of the word and figures "subitems 6 and 7" shall be replaced with words also in figures "subitems 6, 7 and 8".
2. Add Item after the paragraph of the eighth with the paragraph of the following content:
"8) obtaining by the legal entity in concession of objects of the right of state-owned property, property of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea or utility property, and also property of economic societies which 100 percent of shares (shares) belong to the state, to the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, territorial community or other economic society which 100 percent of shares (shares) belong to the state if according to conditions of the concession treaty signed during the period till December 31, 2021, the concessionary becomes the subsoil user's legal successor.".
