Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 18, 2019 No. 1083 "About approval of the list of services and rates for services in provision of tertiary (highly specialized) medical care by method of organ transplantation and other anatomic materials provided by participants of pilot project concerning change of the mechanism of financial provision of operational treatment on organ transplantation and other anatomic materials" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2020, No. 5, Art. 245; 2021, No. 56, the Art. 3463) changes which are applied.

1. In the list of services in provision of tertiary (highly specialized) medical care by method of organ transplantation and other anatomic materials provided by participants of pilot project concerning change of the mechanism of financial provision of operational treatment on organ transplantation and other anatomic materials approved by the specified resolution in the Section "Organ Transplantation":
1) to add the Section after the paragraph of third with paragraphs of the following content:
"Transplantation of heart and treatment after the postponed transplantation of heart (from donor corpse), including donor stage
Transplantation of lungs and treatment after the postponed transplantation of lungs (from donor corpse), including donor stage".
