About change of the resolution of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus of June 29, 2007 No. 94
Based on the paragraph of the sixth Item 2 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of May 25, 2005 No. 536 "About lists of the productions, works, professions, positions and indicators granting pension entitlement on age for work with special working conditions" the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in the Instruction about procedure of payments and expense recovery for pension payment for the work with special working conditions approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus of June 29, 2007 No. 94, the following changes:
in Item 3 of the word "The instruction about procedure for conducting the state examination of working conditions approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus of September 28, 2005 No. 121" shall be replaced with words "The regulations on procedure for conducting state examinations of working conditions approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 29, 2020 No. 449";
in Item 6 part three:
shall be replaced with words the words "After Decision Making" "Within 2 working days from the date of decision making";
add part with the offer of the following content: "In case of exception of the Single state register of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs of the employer because of which certification of workplaces under the terms of work is not carried out about award of pension taking into account the conclusion for not certified period (periods) the specified notice does not go to decision date.";
in Item 8:
in word part one "payment order" shall be replaced with words "payment instruction";
