having considered the work done by Integration Committee together with the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan according to the Decision of Council of Heads of Government of April 28, 1998 No. 15, on accomplishment of conditions of accession of the Republic of Tajikistan to agreements on the Customs union of January 6 and 20, 1995 agreed as follows:

1. The Republic of Tajikistan generally realizes the actions provided by Conditions of accession to agreements on the Customs union of November 22, 1995 and the corresponding works are performed.

2. The following bilateral intergovernmental agreements are signed;

- with the Republic of Belarus about free trade of September 3, 1998;

- with the Republic of Kazakhstan about free trade of November 22, 1995;

- with the Russian Federation about free trade of October 10, 1992;

- with the Government and National Bank of the Republic of Belarus about measures for ensuring mutual convertibility and stabilization of the national currency rates of September 30, 1997;

- with the Government and National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic about measures for ensuring mutual convertibility and stabilization of the national currency rates of January 18, 1999;

- with the Government and the Central bank of the Russian Federation about measures for ensuring mutual convertibility and stabilization of the national currency rates of February 12, 1997.

3. The Republic of Tajikistan carries out work on harmonization of the legislation in the field of regulation of foreign economic activity, including, are accepted and enacted:
